Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

Lion’s Mane is a beautifully plump, shaggy fungi about the size of a softball. Some say it has a similar taste and texture to crab meat. Not only is Lion’s Mane delicious, it’s also catching attention for its neurotrophic health benefits.
